Two new dials for the Twenty~4
Launched in 1999, the Twenty-4 collection was created exclusively for ladies. Since then, it has established itself as the incarnation of timeless elegance. In 2018, the collection was enriched with a round model powered by a self-winding mechanical movement.
Now, the manufacture has taken a further step to update the emblematic modern classic timepiece line by introducing the medium-format “manchette” model with a quartz movement in two new versions in which the Roman numerals have been replaced with applied Arabic numerals in gold. Also, the diamond markers were exchanged with trapeze-shaped applied markers in gold. The face of the watch is both timeless and contemporary, as suggested by its name. It was designed explicitly to accompany the active hours in the dynamic life of its owner in style. These steel models come with a blue sunburst dial or a gray sunburst dial with a subtle black gradation to the periphery.
The applied Arabic numerals, the markers as well as the baton hands with rounded tips in white gold deliver excellent legibility in the dark thanks to luminescent coating. The incomparable art deco-inspired manchette shape hugs the wrist thanks to its gently curved profile. It is emphasized with two rows of flawless Top Wesselton brilliant-cut diamonds – 36 (~0.42 ct) - set to perfection by master jewelers. The crown is decorated with the Calatrava cross, Patek Philippe’s trademark emblem. The supple and comfortable metal bracelet with three rows of polished links is secured with a fold-over clasp.
